MY STORY
How Weir Delicious started
I suppose my story begins in the kitchen at my mother's aprons strings where I spent most of my childhood. I've loved to cook for as long as I can remember. I may be biased but my mother is the best cook in the world, she is a culinary school graduate who spends most of her time, like me, in the kitchen. After I graduated from The University of Mississippi with a marketing degree, I attended culinary school at L'ecole Culinare in Memphis, TN. After graudating, I married a Weir, the love of my life and then became the editor of a women's lifestyle magazine in Memphis. All the while I continued to cater with my mom and daily write on my food blog I've had since college, Mississippi-Made. Recently my husband and I moved to Fairhope Alabama, better known as Utopia and my dream of cooking for others has finally come to be.
My culinary portfolio consist of catering for church events, open houses, seated dinners and small parites. You can see all my food, cooking and the fun I've had along the way on my blog HERE. Any dish you see on my blog can be made by special request, visit my contact page to get started.
I would love to sit down with you and discuss your culinary needs. I offer weekly meal services, meal planning, personal chef services and cooking classes. Shoot me an email and lets get cooking! Visit my contact page to get in touch.
